Where they started
Strong road racer and former elite triathlete who made the jump to UCI gravel. Physically capable from day one, but needed to recalibrate how he trained and raced to match the unique demands of the discipline — the longer durations, variable terrain, and very different race dynamic to road and criterium racing.
What changed
Coaching evolved alongside him as the discipline did — adapting the programme to gravel-specific demands. The relationship has been built on trust: understanding what Travis responds to and building a programme that fits around a full-time job and postgraduate study.
Where they are now
Two-time GBR Elite UCI Gravel World Championship selection, with top 10s across Gravel Earth Series and UCI World Series events. Privately funded, sustainability-led, organising his own local racing programme, and targeting the 2026 Worlds in Nannup, Western Australia.
