4th category club rider. Raw endurance talent, but no structure or results to show for it. Balancing cycling around full-time work as a labourer.
What changed
Coaching centred on helping Adam understand his own physiology — what his body does well and how to race to it. The turning point was that self-knowledge: learning to make decisions in races from understanding rather than guesswork.
Where they are now
3rd GC at Ronde de l'Isard in 2026 — his first UCI Continental stage race podium. Racing full-time with Bourg-en-Bresse Ain Cyclisme in France. Goal: professional contract.
