Terms of Use

Last updated 31 August 2026

What this covers

These terms apply to the Qdos Coaching website and to our free training plan tool. By using either, you agree to them. Paid coaching is covered by its own agreement, made when you sign up.

Training guidance, not medical advice

Plans and analysis produced by our tools are general training guidance, generated in part by AI from the data you provide. They are not medical advice, and no tool can know your full health picture. Check with a doctor before starting or significantly changing a training programme — especially if you have a heart condition, are returning from illness or injury, or anything about your health worries you. Training carries inherent risk; you train at your own judgement and risk, and you are responsible for riding safely and legally.

The free plan tool

The tool is provided as-is, free of charge, and may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time. A generated plan is a snapshot from the data available on the day it was built — it does not update itself, and we do not guarantee it is error-free or right for you. Fair-use limits apply to how often plans can be generated. Use the tool only with your own Strava account and your own data.

Your content and ours

Your training data remains yours — see the privacy policy for how we handle it. The website, its content and the plans’ structure and wording are ours; you are welcome to use your plan personally, but not to resell or republish it as a service. Strava is a trademark of Strava, Inc., which does not sponsor or endorse Qdos Coaching.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the free tool or from reliance on generated guidance, and our total liability in connection with the website is limited to £100. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
