Video calls allow us to understand what's really happening with your training - the nuances that devices and data simply can't capture. We build genuine understanding and relationship through conversation, reading your body language, and hearing the full context behind your numbers. Endurance training is complex science where a reductionist view doesn't work - it's rarely easy to attribute single causes to performance changes. Through video calls, we piece together the complete picture of what's driving your adaptations.

Why We Offer Difference in Frequency and not Difference in Quality Levels

Most coaches offer different levels of coaching - giving you less expertise or attention when you pay less. We reject this approach entirely. Instead, we vary the frequency of our expert guidance while maintaining the same comprehensive coaching quality at every level.

Some athletes don't need to optimize every week - they're happy doing their best when they can and want the general direction to follow. Others are trying to extract maximum performance and need weekly fine-tuning to push their systems deeper, with rapid adaptation when things aren't working perfectly.
